 I have created design libraries for business to business, business to consumer and for a white label product. All of these libraries have been designed and managed by me as well as some additional designers. Each library has needed extensive documentation for web, native or both. I work closely with the UX development team to oversee the creation of the components and patterns, as well as each development team that would be implementing them from our designs.

Additionally, no system is complete without having a team of designers to implement it. I work with designers daily to make sure the library is learned through teaching sessions and that the components or patterns are implemented correctly. The goal is to have a consistent design across the platform. When multiple designers are using a system, the outcome should look like one person designed the entire platform.
